MIO Rope Grab

MIO Mechanical Corp. is initiating a mandatory recall of MIO rope grabs model RG-1200 (blue pin and roller, for use on ½” dia. rope) sold during the time period of November 1st, 2011 to February 10th, 2012.

The rope grabs that are effected have one of the following serial numbers stamped on the connection eye of the rope grab (please see sample below) SN# 1212, 11112, 11122.

There is an inspection recall on the Unicender. All Rock Exotica Unicenders made before August 2011 are affected. This required inspection is important for the user’s safety and your Unicender should not be used until the inspection has been performed.

Falltech Full Body Harnesses

Falltech has issued a stop use, inspection, replacement notice. This is an immediate action required notice. The recall affects all Falltech full body harnesses that use the Quick-Connnect (bayonet style) Buckles.
